1.     Characteristics

Laminated vibration shaker is a kind of shaker with a linear vibrating trajectory for wet classification of fine-grained materials processing operations, and its outstanding fine screening ability of the concentrate grade improved significantly.

1.1Three main Characteristics for DZS5×2 Laminated vibration shaker

3. Application

3.1 Tungsten tin: laminated vibration shaker is instead of the spiral classifier, cyclone classification, or with spiral classifier, cyclone combination of classification, with the mill closed circuit, can improve the classification efficiency, significantly reduce the useful material over-crushing, increase the recovery rate of 10%to 15 %.  At the same time, the mill processing capacity is increased by about 20 to 30%.

3.2 Iron, ilmenite: laminated vibration shaker as fine mine particle size control, grading equipment to screen coarse-grained particles over, at the same mill production capacity , it stably improves the fine mine grade 1% to 3%, lower fine mine filter water from 0.5 %to 1%.
